My lakbay (a Filipino word for journey or travel) with coffee started when I discovered the third-wave culture. I was ecstatic about coffee was being brewed manually, the art of pulling shots on an espresso machine, and the vibe it brought to start a conversation.
The lakbay I have experienced through coffee has given me stories and adventures that I would never have thought I would have done. Now, I want to share the coffee beans from different countries and share those cultures with you.
